The Solar City Air Filtre, SCAF Project Association, SPA, was launched on the 6 April 2006. The association was established to give the SCAF project a platform on which to develop, raise funds for prototyping and publicize the use and benefits of a SCAF network to persuade cities to construct one. SPA is a non profit organisation.
