Prototype construction costs

The prototype project will also include pollution level and electrical production monitoring and a medical study over the testing period, the costs of which should be added to the construction costs.

The prototype city would be asked to provide two pieces of land, preferably on a round-about or large traffic island in high traffic areas. After the tower's construction is completed the city would also provide the maintenance of the structure. i.e. replacing filtres, cleaning glass, making any necessary repairs and replacements and cleaning any eventual graffiti. Direct financial participation in the project would not be required but not rejected.

The cost of building a network will depend on the number of structures built, the average size of the structures and whether the city chooses to buy the DSC panels or buy the DSC facility.
